FAQ
No. Members can receive notices and bills over SMS, and committee members can call them from the in-app directory. A smartphone is nice-to-have, not required.
Through Razorpay — UPI, cards, and netbanking — with the payment link delivered over WhatsApp or SMS. Cash and cheque payments can also be recorded by the admin, so the books stay accurate.
Phase 1 is web-first. The resident dashboard works on a phone browser. Native iOS and Android apps are on the Phase 2 roadmap once we have a few societies live.
Stored in Indian data centres. You own it. On offboarding we hand over a full export of members, bills, payments, and notices. The audit log is append-only — nobody (including us) can quietly edit history.
Typically 5–7 days from contract signing to first bill going out. We do the data import, template setup, and committee training. You don't lift a finger on the technical side.
